The stories of eight Ukrainians who had left their homeland and moved overseas in the pursuit of success.
The film features singer Mika Newton, Hollywood actress Tetyana Rodyna, Major League Soccer champion Dmytro Kovalenko, renowned doctor Yuriy Melnyk, Twitter programmer Arsen Kostenko, inventor Vadym Chalenko, senior lecturer of Ukrainian at Columbia University Yuriy Shevchuk, and sports lawyer Olena Zhyrnova.
The film was produced over the course of a year, with filming taking place over two months in early 2016 across four U.S. cities: Chicago, New York City, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
